How it works

A service you can check, not just trust

Every property we serve is registered, every pickup and payment is recorded, and you can see your account status at any time.

Step by step

From first call to a recorded service

  1. 1

    Tell us about your property

Send an enquiry or call us. We assess your property and put together a service plan that fits.

  2. 2

    We register your property

A Bin Better officer registers your property and fixes a QR sticker that identifies it.

  3. 3

    Collection on agreed days

Pickups run on the days you agree with us: once, twice or three times a week, or daily.

  4. 4

    Every pickup and payment recorded

Each collection and each payment is recorded against your property, so nothing rests on memory.

  5. 5

Pay the way that suits you

Pay by cash, mobile money or bank transfer, and you receive a receipt for every payment.

  6. 6

Check your account at any time

Scan the QR sticker on your property to see your account status.

Your QR sticker
